Transnational environmental law and innovations in climate litigation

Our guest Dr Jolene Lin is an expert on climate change law and transnational environmental law. She is a law professor at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and director of the Asia Pacific Centre for Environmental Law. She is also a member of the editorial boards of: Journal of Environmental Law, Chinese Journal of Environmental Law, and Climate Law. Before joining NUS, she was associate professor of law at the University of Hong Kong. She has served as consultant to the Hong Kong Department of Justice, international NGOs, the United Nations Environment Programme, and global law firms. Find her on Twitter.

Our interviewer Mayank Aggarwal is an environmental Journalist and contributing editor at Mongabay-India who writes on environment, conservation, wildlife, water, and renewable energy.
